Consumer Relations
- Manage consumer contacts and contact operation in CR

Product Supply
- Be the supply chain manager representing Product Supply to the business team, the manufacturing sites and 3rd party logistics companies
- Plan/Adjust product supply plan to support business requirements while delivering fundamental supply chain performances of Customer service/Inventory/Cost
- Continue to drive improvement of supply chain performances via leadership, strategic thinking and innovation & follow-through to contribute to business
- Manage 3rd party logistics companies to drive supply chain optimization and customer satisfaction
